Food journaling is a fantastic way to become more aware of personal nutrition. When we realize what we put in our bodies, we become more conscious of our eating habits. Write down what, when, and how much you eat for 7 days, then review it! Where do you see that you can already make improvements, given whatever amount of nutrition knowledge you currently have?
