Causes
of Cellulite
Cellulite – What Causes it?
Estimates say that approximately 90% of all
women suffer from cellulite to a certain degree.
As embarrassing as it may be, it is actually more the
norm than not. (But
that doesn’t mean YOU have to suffer with it.
More on that later…)
It looks like cottage cheese below your skin
and can be found on your thighs, bum, arms, tummy, and even on
calves. Cells that
hold fat get so big for the tissue connecting the skin that it
makes the cells bulge and show dimple-like below your skin.
This also looks a lot like an orange peel.
Did you know that not just overweight women
suffer from cellulite?
Thin women can, too.
Cellulite has more to do with how pliable your skin is
and the fat cells below it.
If your skin isn’t as elastic and your fat cells bulge –
Bingo!
Since cellulite isn’t a problem with men,
researchers believe it has a lot to do with estrogen.
If your body can’t rid itself of excess estrogen,
cellulite forms rather rapidly – as in women prior to child
birth or those on birth control.
A sedentary lifestyle can be a big cause of
cellulite. When you
exercise and eat properly, your skin is in better condition.
You obviously are burning calories when you exercise,
too, which taps stored energy in your fat cells if done properly
(my System shows you how to do this more effectively).
Toxins in your body can be a cause.
And with this is a lack of water.
These two tend to go hand in hand.
Proper amounts of water will flush toxins out of your
body. Not enough,
and the toxins remain trapped in your fat cells.
I always recommend as a first step to my clients drinking
between .5 and .67 ounces of water for every pound you weigh.
That means if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink
between 75 to 100 ounces of water EVERY DAY!
Diet soda doesn’t count.
It actually counts against you, as the main ingredient is
very toxic.
Some say genetics are a cause of cellulite,
but that’s kind of a no-brainer statement, right?!
I mean… as I stated earlier, experts say ninety percent
of all women suffer from it.
Duh!
Smoking can damage the part of your skin that
makes it elastic.
In doing so, it shows off your cellulite.
Quit smoking and you’ll have nicer skin, less cellulite,
and more money in your pocket! :)
Not eating the right foods is also a cause.
But also, eating at the wrong time can be a culprit, too.
How many of you eat less than 3 hours before bed?
If you do, you are more than likely adding to the fat
cells contributing to your cellulite.
Make a pact with yourself that you will be done eating at
least three hours before bed time (four if possible).
You will notice a change within the first week.
Fad diets and medications can be bad, too.
There are many possible causes of cellulite.
But YOU don’t have to live the rest of your
life that way. I
had cellulite for many years before I got rid mine in just 12
day! And it hasn’t
come back, either.
I’ll show you my secret weapons in my Goodbye Cellulite System.
Try it today.
You’ll be on the road to losing yours, too, in only days.
