The Motivation to Lose Your Cellulite

Motivation to Get Rid of Cellulite

If you’re reading this, you probably are very motivated to lose your cellulite.  But are you motivated enough?

I struggled with it for 10 years.  It was embarrassing for me, in particular, as a fitness trainer.  I would always think, “what kind of advertising is this for my job?!”  I wasn’t instilling a lot of confidence in my clients.  But it wasn’t just that.  It was the looks I would get at the beach.  Or just shopping at the grocery store while I was wearing shorts.  I would see someone looking at me, and when their eyes finally found my “secret”, their eyes would divert immediately.  How horrible!

And then one wonderful day, my youngest asked what that ugly stuff was on my legs.  I couldn’t take it anymore.  I began my search for the “miracle cure” to stop the embarrassment.

You see, we don’t change in our lives most of the time until there is great pain involved.  It doesn’t have to be physical pain.  It can be the constant state of worrying that someone might find something out about you that you are hiding.  We might experience enough pain to start a workout routine, devise a healthy eating plan, or even hire a personal trainer.  But unless that pain is severe enough, you more than likely won’t achieve your goal.

Granted, my pain was horrible.  I know there are many in this world who suffer much worse.  But I didn’t want to endure the embarrassment any longer.  So I thought long and hard about my pain.  You could say I “wallowed” in it.  I wanted to feel the depths of it, and to make it as vivid as I could so that I would be strong enough to fight through the disappointments and struggles along the way of becoming cellulite-free.

Equally important to realizing the pain is dreaming about your life as it WILL BE when you reach the summit of the mountain you are climbing and raise the flag of success!  I tried to visualize often how it would feel to go to the beach and wear a bikini and not worry about the “OMG! Why is she wearing that?!” look.  I began to think about how I would feel when my body was healthy and I had more energy.

Often times, cellulite is a symptom of something else wrong with your body.  Not always, but you can almost always be sure that if you have cellulite, you are also not eating right, drinking enough water, the presence of too much toxins in your system, etc…  You won’t just feel better on the outside, you will feel much better inside once you’ve rid yourself of cellulite.

Being healthy isn’t a New Year’s resolution that fades after only 3 weeks of exercise and eating right.  It is a way of life.  It may seem difficult or unattainable to you.  It may even seem boring.  Let me tell you this… if you can move, you can achieve it.  And it certainly isn’t boring living a healthy lifestyle!  You will have so much more energy to do the things you always wanted to do, but didn’t have the energy to do it.  You might even climb a mountain!

If you feel even just the slightest bit motivated, I challenge you to get my Goodbye Cellulite System.  It’s risk free.  It will motivate you.  You can feel great about yourself on the inside, as well as out.  I know it will because it has done this very thing for many women who’ve succeeded before you.  It’s your turn!

To your Health and Success!
